A single shift for a Metro Vancouver Transit Police officer can look completely different from one hour to the next. They might find themselves helping a person in crisis under a highway overpass, managing massive crowds at a concert hub, processing a crime scene, or making a major arrest.
Capturing that level of human interaction and daily variety was the core objective of this recruitment campaign for the MVTP. The brief called for situational lifestyle imagery that leaned heavily into authenticity, tension, and genuine human connection.
We wanted the visuals to establish these officers as a highly skilled, specialized regional force while keeping the storytelling grounded in the real, everyday environments of the Lower Mainland. The images now anchor a major multi-platform campaign across the transit network, successfully driving a massive wave of new applicants looking to do more with their day.
